1 Introduction

11ph5 operates an online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, and related entertainment services to eligible players. These Terms apply to all users of the 11ph5 platform, including players accessing the site from Manila, Cebu, Davao, and all other locations within the Philippines where access to online gaming is permitted.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the 11ph5 platform.

11ph5 operates in alignment with PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) guidelines applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. These Terms reflect both our regulatory obligations and our commitment to operating a fair, transparent, and responsible gaming environment.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the 11ph5 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to casino-style gambling in the Philippines. 11ph5 strictly enforces this requirement through identity verification procedures.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not prohibited from participating in online gaming activities by any applicable law, regulation, court order, or other legal instrument.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of 11ph5, nor an immediate family member or household member of any such person, unless you have received prior written approval from 11ph5 management.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person. Accounts may only be operated by the registered account holder.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 11ph5 or any affiliated gaming platform.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and services on 11ph5, you must register a player account. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information reasonably required for KYC compliance.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each person may hold only one (1) active 11ph5 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. 11ph5 uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 11ph5 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any bonuses, winnings, or balances accumulated through the duplicate account.

3.3 KYC Verification

Prior to processing withdrawal requests, 11ph5 requires all players to complete identity verification. You will be asked to provide a valid, unexpired Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, or driver's licence) and a recent photograph. 11ph5 may request additional documentation at any time where necessary for compliance purposes.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 11ph5 will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 11ph5 support immediately.

3.5 Account Accuracy

You must keep your registered account information up to date. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

11ph5 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and USDT. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) except for USDT transactions, which are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 11ph5 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply standard transaction charges.

Deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. 11ph5 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match your registered identity, 11ph5 reserves the right to return the funds and place a hold on your account pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within 5 to 20 minutes for fully verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed on the same banking day for requests submitted before the applicable daily cutoff time. 11ph5 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; your payment provider's standard fees may apply.

4.3 Currency

The 11ph5 platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, game stakes, and winnings are denominated in PHP unless otherwise specified within a particular game or promotion.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

11ph5 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws and regulations in the Philippines, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) as amended. 11ph5 may request documentation of the source of funds in accordance with its AML compliance program. Players are prohibited from using the 11ph5 platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

11ph5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits, which are stated in full within the relevant promotion page or communication.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before any portion becomes withdrawable as real money.
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device.
• 11ph5 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including where 11ph5 reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith or through abuse.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be forfeited if the account is closed before the wagering requirement is met.
• Any player found to have abused the bonus system — including through collusion, pattern betting designed to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements ("bonus abuse"), or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their account suspended.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fairness

All games available on the 11ph5 platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software to ensure random, unbiased outcomes. Live dealer games are operated from professional studios by trained croupiers in accordance with standard game rules.

Game-specific rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. By commencing play on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. All game outcomes, once confirmed, are final. 11ph5 will not reverse game results based on a player's disagreement with an outcome unless there is verified evidence of a software malfunction.

In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that affects a game outcome, 11ph5 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the corresponding stake to the player's account. Bets placed on a game during a verified technical malfunction are not eligible for payment.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as published by the recognized governing body of that sport. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are final once confirmed. 11ph5 reserves the right to suspend betting markets and void bets where evidence of market manipulation is identified.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 11ph5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent interaction with 11ph5.
• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using software, robots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the 11ph5 platform in any way not permitted under these Terms.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the software to obtain an advantage not contemplated by the game rules.
• Abusing the bonus system through the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated wagering patterns, or any other method designed to circumvent bonus terms.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Accessing the 11ph5 platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by applicable law.
• Accessing the platform for the benefit of or on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 11ph5 staff or other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 11ph5 platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the property of 11ph5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 11ph5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No licence is granted for any other purpose. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 11ph5 platform without the prior written consent of 11ph5.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

11ph5 collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at Privacy Policy.

By registering for an 11ph5 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, AML compliance, account management, and the provision of gaming services.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 11ph5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 11ph5 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

11ph5's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 11ph5 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11ph5 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We reserve the right to suspend access for scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time. 11ph5 will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party network disruptions beyond our reasonable control.

Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose funds wagered on the 11ph5 platform. 11ph5 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by players. By using the 11ph5 platform, you accept that gambling is a form of entertainment and that winning is not guaranteed.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

11ph5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity administration fee as notified to you prior to its application.
• At the player's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

12 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding the 11ph5 platform, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance via live chat at [email protected]. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and endeavor to resolve it within 5 business days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first stage, you may escalate the matter by requesting a formal review by the 11ph5 management team. The management team will provide a final written decision within 10 business days of receiving your escalation.

All disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

13 Amendments to These Terms

11ph5 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 11ph5 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Your continued use of the 11ph5 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at https://11ph5.cam/terms-conditions. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 12, each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
